Wildwood Barbeque, an independent Hadley lunch/dinner restaurant since 2013, seeks energetic, personable front-of-house manager. Mentor and train front of house staff, run day and evening shifts (including cash management, opening and closing), take and oversee catering orders. Preferred qualifications: -significant previous front-of-house experience (preferably in a quick-service casual restaurant) -experience training/mentoring and supervising employees -excellent customer service and organizational skills -cash management experience and ability to open and close the restaurant -TIPs and/or ServSafe training, social media, Mailchimp, and/or office experience a plus Seeking reliable self-starter who can work accurately as part of a fast-paced team. Hourly rate plus tips, paid sick time, and retirement account with employer match. Email with relevant experience/resume and availability.
