Wildwood Barbeque in Hadley, a successful independent lunch/dinner restaurant since 2013, seeks full-time line cook to join our team. Casual atmosphere with air-conditioned kitchen. Hourly rate + shared tips, retirement plan with employer match. Preferred qualifications: Knife skills, previous experience working sauté, broiler, cold station, and prep, passion for culinary work and a desire to join a creative, scratch kitchen. ServSafe/allergen certification, and formal culinary training a plus. Responsibilities: • Set up and stock stations • Prepare food for service (chop vegetables, prep meat, or prepare sauces). Butchering skills a plus • Cook menu items and specials from scratch in cooperation with other kitchen staff • Clean up station, take care of leftover food, restock • Ensure high quality, consistent, and timely meals • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Send an email with resume (or list job experience) and availability.
