Registered Behavioral Technician (part-time) Applied Behavioral Analysis Services, LLC (ABAS) is hiring both experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as well as new Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team of life-changing professionals in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field. These roles are responsible for providing ABA intervention services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, community, and/or school settings under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). About you: - Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback in a professional manner - Work independently after initial direction - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members - Experience with ABA (highly preferred) - Experience working in home-based setting and with children with ASD (preferred) Requirements: - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable insured vehicle and be willing to travel between job sites - Must have access to a computer and Internet data plan that meet minimum specifications - Must maintain up-to-date CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification - High School Diploma or equivalent - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Language Pathology, or related field (preferred) All interested candidates please send resume to: career-path@abaswma.com
